Stationery 12 x 24 fully insulated tiny house, needs to be moved and is easily moved by any shed mover. Equipped with plumbing and electric. Tongue and groove from floor to 10-foot ceiling. This unit is Studio style and only has walls up for the bathroom. Two convection heaters and a window air conditioner will be included with this unit. All three are in great working water. This unit could easily be converted to be fully off grid. As of now you will need to purchase your own composting toilet or you will need to have sewer access wherever you are placing it. You can install a traditional toilet if you have sewer access.
