This home has 2 lofts (one large enough for a king size mattress , one with stairs, one accessible via a wooden ladder. there are 5 storage compartments under the stairs giving plenty of storage space. The other loft features a skylight which is great for stargazing, and can be used as an office area/ second bedroom/ storage.

There is a 4' tiled shower in the bathroom, as well as a Separett composting toilet, LG washer dryer combo, Takagi on demand propane hot water heater. The bathroom vanity has storage as well as a large storage compartment behind the mirror. There is some closet space in the bathroom as well.

The heat source is a Williams propane heater which keeps the home nice and warm even in Colorado winters! The living area also features a good size bookshelf!

The drop down bar seating is mirrored on the outside, and the panoramic windows swing all the way open. The bars are made out of reclaimed wood giving the farmhouse feel. The kitchen can hold a 3 way refrigerator if you want to be off grid. Underneath the farmhouse sink is a 26 gallon water tank, or you can hook up with a hose like a regular RV as well. The butcher block counter tops are stunning, and there is plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The stove is a Frigidaire stainless steel LP stove which works wonderfully!

This home has been the perfect first tiny home for me, it has everything you could ever want, and makes living tiny less scary! I've had several dinner parties both indoors and out, and I've had stay over guests as well and we all comfortably fit.
