Tiny House Workshops Studio

I have a tiny house/ tiny home for sale. I own a small construction company and built this as an office/small workshop, and it was built to current housing standards. It's 34' long, not including the tongue. It's wired and has a non electric gas heater. I power it with 2 60 watt solar panels. It can be plugged into shore power as well. It's well insulated and very sturdy. It is currently set up with one small room as the office (8x8) and the larger shop area (8x22). It could easily be set up with more partition walls to suit you. We used real wood bead board for the interior walls, and smart side siding for the exterior. The upper gables have hardiboard. It has a metal roof with ventilation. It was made to be very low maintenance.

It currently does not have plumbing, however a composting toilet could be installed very easily. We just installed one in our airstream and we love it. This would make a great small home, an art studio, an office, workshop, or a park model home.
