There are 15 windows and a double entry door with full pane glass, that all work together to allow an enormous amount of ambient light into the interior space. Tucked into the metal roof is also a rooftop deck space with a cantilevered balcony that even has a wrought iron handrail for those “Romeo and Juliet” moments! For every breathtaking inch of the exterior though, there is an inch of glory inside as well. The double doors conveniently open into the kitchen area which more or less, anchors the home.

The kitchen has butcher block countertops with mosaic tile in brilliant blues and glorious aquamarines. The sink is an inset stainless steel farm apron sink with a large pull-down faucet.
