Tiny house with land approved by city,

My tiny house on wheels was professionally built by Viking Construction in Charleston VA. It was then moved to New Mexico where I lived for four years. I moved to Arkansas in Spetember 2021 where I purchased a wooded city lot, and after six months of negotiations was approved to place it permanently on the property. Due to Covid still have skirting to be completed.

Home has many custom features. Stairway railing custom made by VinTin Welding in WV and it featured on their website. Black walnut live edge countertop in kitchen, and live edge countertop in bathroom as well. Bathroon door is also thick live edge maple and all hand finished by builder. Washer/dryer combo included in bathroom. On demand hot water heater and Newport by Dickenson propane heater in living room. Window A/C unit included which cools home nicely included.

Lot is partially fenced and raised garden started in unfenced area. Brand new storage shed is also included. Neighborhood is quiet and just minutes from shopping, parks, hospital, etc. Located 30 minutes from Branson MO and 45 minutes from Eureka Springs, AR. You will not find many listings of tiny homes approved to be on your own lot!
