This tiny home was professionally built by an industry leading custom builder using high quality materials and craftsmanship.

The exterior combines board-and-batten LP SmartSide siding with Shou Sugi Ban western red cedar lap accent, trim, and fascia. A shed-style Tuff-rib (40 year) metal roof provides space for three clerestory windows along the front of the home. The length of the home measures 26' with an additional storage compartment on the rear.

The kitchen features a stainless steel counter with glass subway tile backsplash. There is a stainless steel refrigerator, electric two burner induction cooktop, and single bowl stainless sink. Exposed stained rafters match the open shelves.

Storage stairs lead up to master loft and a custom steel fabricated ladder leads up to the second loft. The storage stairs have treads and bullnose that match the 3/4 white birch hardwood flooring throughout the house.

Next to the storage stairs is a workspace with live edge cedar desk and shelving. Ample closet space/storage with sliding pocket door. Sherwin Williams paint interior and exterior.

The bathroom features a custom tile shower and floor with Schluter edge trim, vanity, composting toilet and moisture sensing fan. Above the toilet is a built-in storage space. Plumbing for standard toilet.
