Tiny House with great Character

Built in 2015- tiny house, bungalow, lake house, mountain cabin. This is a custom built tiny home built on a heavy duty goose neck trailer with two 7,000lb axles. The outside dimensions are 8.5’ x 33’ x 13’ tall. The inside is 305sqft including the loft.

The house is built with 2x6 studs and smart siding. It has been spray foam insulated with 2” on the wall and 3” on the ceiling and under the floor. The house was designed to be put somewhere with a good view. The interior walls and ceiling where made from reclaimed wood and galvanized sheet metal from a 50 year old barn. Both have lots of character. The kitchen counter is solid distressed oak that came from semi box trailers. This house has a complete bathroom with full shower, tub and flushing toilet!

The house also has a mini split AC Heat pump system that is rated at 22 seer, (only pulls 6.5 amps at max cooling). The bedroom loft has a queen size bed with room to walk on both sides. There is lots of unfinished storage space underneath the bed. The second loft has room for another queen size bed. There is a hidden ladder that pulls out to access the second loft. There is a small apartment size propane stove and an on-demand propane water heater. The house is fully wired with 12-2 Romex and pex plumbing.

This cabin isn’t designed to be an off grid house. The house can be pulled easily with a ¾ ton truck. There is simply too much to list, please call me for more details or to set up a time to see it.
