All metal stud framing.
Custom trailer by Trailer Made. Made specifically for Tiny houses.
Metal exterior siding and roofing with cedar accents. Stronger 24 gauge metal that will last.
Insulation is fiberglass with extra foam-board under the metal siding.
Floor insulation is spray foam.
Interior walls are bead board.
Waterproof vinyl flooring.
All wood trim.
Dimensions: 24' x 8.5' x 13.5'

Texas Titled and Registered as Travel Trailer. Can be towed with an F-250 or bigger.

Build was completed in December of 2017. This Tiny was used as AirBnb for around 6 months; no noticeable wear. The trailer has only traveled a few hundred miles; it is just like new. Our family has moved to a new property and I have new construction I need to fund; so come get a good deal. I am the original owner and builder.
