Tiny House w/ Steel Frame - 325 sq. ft.

Built in Decemeber 2017. Lived in by one person since January 2018. Still in pristine condition. Hardwood flooring throughout, built in closet space and drawers. The steps to the bedroom landing are also pull out 3' deep drawers. Bed loft fits a queen size mattress. Full kitchen with microwave, vented hood, stovetop, oven and full size refrigerator. Tons of cabinet space and storage. I used the extra loft for storage as well but can be used as another sleeping space. Washer/Dryer combo included which is vented to the outside. The kitchen bar top on the wall can be lowered for extra space when needed. Full bathroom with maximal storage (under sink and mirror cabinet). All windows have screens and the upper windows have blackout blinds. Back door entrance, 24". Continuous hot water heater, propane fueled. Stovetop and oven are also propane. Propane tank storage and hookups are under the gooseneck (seen in photos). Cassette unit for heating/cooling located under the gooseneck as well. Photos pf the RCI certified hookups, electrical box, continuous hot water heater can be seen.

*This tiny home does not have holding tanks for water, and also must be hooked directly to sewer* There is space under the trailer for a black tank, we just did not have one installed. The toilet in the bathroom is a regular residential toilet, but easily changeable to a composting toilet for those that would prefer.
