The Details:
-300 sq ft-10 x20 and 13 ½ feet tall.
-Two loft spaces. Twin and Queen size.
-bathroom with tub/shower and compost toilet. Can be converted to traditional toilet.
-bathroom also houses washer/dryer combo.
- RV fridge and oven. Stove is propane.
-Needs just access to RV plug in and Water source to be a completely functioning house!
-This tiny house is not certified as an RV so it is not registered. Must be moved with a special permit. The person who we had move it acquired all of that for us. Cost was about 350.00 for the permit and for him to load it and move it about 30 miles.

We lived in this house with our two kiddos for almost three years. The oldest child slept in the twin loft and the youngest in a pack and play in the bathroom. The bathroom is rather large!
There is ample storage under the stairs, on the front of the house, and under the sitting area.
New light fixture in the bathroom and faucet in the kitchen. Updated remote for light and fan fixture in living area.
We have recently sanded all the walls and applied new paint to the bathroom door and staircase.
This tiny house was featured on tiny house hunters in a August 2016 episode.
There is water damage in the bathroom from a washing machine leak. Easily fixable or just leave as is.
