Tiny House Shell, Well Insulated

Tiny House shell for sale, built this summer on a Tumbleweed 20 foot trailer, constructed of 6 inch thick SIPs throughout for excellent insulation. Unfinished because someone complained to the city, so I can't keep it -- I had intended to occupy it as is, and finish things off while living in it. Currently in open-air storage, it really needs to be moved to a barn or workshop and completed! Therefore the asking price is negotiable if you can take it away and give it a good home immediately. This tiny house has not yet had interior or exterior finishes, so it's a blank slate to decorate as you wish!

Lots of windows, all double-glazed, including a double-glaze Low-E retrofit to a century transom window, high on one wall for light. The three loft segments are storage (high, at back of trailer) and a two-level sleeping loft (at the hitch end) -- the lower level of this is currently suitable for a 5 foot person to stand under and over! However, all these loft segments can be repositioned to suit the height of the new owner. Matching hardwood (not laminate nor engineered!) on all three lofts and greatroom floor; greatroom has a decorative parquet Celtic knotwork central motif. Beach-pebble mosaic entryway/mudroom floor.

My intention was to install a standing seam steel roof for rainwater collection; a greywater recycling system for shower and sink; a composting toilet; cedar siding outside and wood panelling inside; and minimal decoratively-surface-mounted wiring. None of this has yet been done. List price is for construction materials and costs only for the heavy-duty trailer and SIPs shell. And as I said above, I'm willing to negotiate!
