Want to be part of the Tiny House movement? This tiny house shell will be shortly finished and ready for sale. Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish this project, but you might! The house is 24ft long and comes with some insulation for the interior, exterior lights, plans (from which we have modified this model), and other materials meant for finish work. The design is based on modified plans from the hOMe model (https://tinyhousebuild.com/home-plans/). The trailer base is a high end model specifically designed for tiny houses. The only things that need to be done to complete this home are the two lofts, stairs, electrical, plumbing, insulation, and finish work.

In the photos the exterior needs the last bit of siding added on which will be completed before closing sale.
