Structurally sound. The person who built it intended to live in it so he took a lot of time and put a lot of care into building it for his daughter and himself. One sleeping loft and one storage loft over the bathroom. Interior is not done due to a lack of time and money. Great idea for someone who wants to customize a home to fit their style.

Comes with: a few lighting fixtures. Bathtub, toilet, bathroom sink, kitchen cabinets, a range, a refrigerator, and kitchen cabinets. You can see most of this from the pictures.
