Custom built tiny home. Three years old, well appointed and very functional design. Two full beds and two couches so plenty of room to comfortably sleep 4. Tons of windows to bring the outdoors in and tall ceilings in the main living space give the home a much bigger feel.
Solar powered electric with large 48V AGM battery bank on board. Solar charge controller and inverter from Outback Power systems. 70 gallon water tank built into couch. On demand propane hot water, propane oven/range combo with vent hood. Pellet stove in photos has been upgraded to propane furnace for ease of use and maintenance free. Mr Cool mini split heat pump for air conditioning and is decent at heating if outside temp is above freezing. Active heat recovery fresh air ventilation via Lunos system. Loft bedroom with small TV. Main bedroom on gooseneck with 6’1” ceiling height. Large quartz composite sink. Fischer and Paykel dishwasher drawer. Small, apartment sized refrigerator. Nebia spa atomizing shower head. Composting toilet. Extractor fan in bathroom. Only thing it doesn’t have is laundry. Lots of built in storage such as kick plate drawers, hatch in kitchen floor, main bed built with gas struts for storage underneath and storage under stairs. Metal roof (under solar panels) and Royal Celect PVC composite siding. Designed for efficiency and built with quality materials.
