I built this THOW style glamping trailer over the last few years from the ground up. I'm still putting a few finishing touches on it. We've used it as a camper for my family of three exclusively on Lake Lanier a few times per year for the last 3 summers. I have started building a bigger version similar to this one that will accommodate a few guests sleeping over. So, I am listing this for sale.

- Garden hose style hook up for a shower drain at back right corner that drains to existing 48 gallon grey water tank
- Building is structurally sound independent of the trailer. So the building can be removed from the trailer without loss of structural integrity
- Registered in Georgia as a home built trailer

I can't predict what price it will finally sell for. However, any hard to find item like this in the Atlanta area seems to bring a premium. Considering that this could pay for itself as an Airbnb or Vrbo at 50% occupancy in a year, I do expect to get the asking price or very close to it. If not, I'll be selling it for the highest offer.
