Beautiful 8x16 tiny house on wheels for sale. Includes built-in 2 burner propane stove, composting toilet, good sized shower, hot water heater, two lofts -- one for queen side mattress and one for storage or another sleeping area, small fridge, mini covered porch, all electrical wiring.

We bought this from Tennessee Tiny Homes in October -- added a few upgrades (the stove and nicer flooring) and lived in it during the winter while we built our house. We heated with wood but have taken the stove out for the summer. It's extremely well insulated and stays nice and cool on these hot days.

This is move-in ready. Just needs to be hooked up to a hose for water and an extension cord for power. We ran it off a 50 watt solar panel all winter and have potable water coming from a hose from the neighbor's house. It travels well; it can be pulled with a 2 wheel drive truck on the road and 4 wheel drive if pulling it on soft ground or up a steep hill.
