Tiny House on Wheels

This was a custom-built TinyHouse built on top of a kit-trailer. The Roof is on a 13.5" edge and comes in at 13.5' tall without weight. New tires, axel, and spring break put on when the project was finished two years ago. Currently is set up for off-grid living with grey water and black water plumbing, but could be modified for a composting toilet. A circuit breaker is set up for an RV plug on the outside. All plumbing was done with PEX tubing and the house comes with building plans. This is a dual loft designed to fit a queen-size bed on one side (7x12 in size), and couch with TV area on the other side (7x5). The siding is currently Smartlap siding and was installed 3 years ago. Propane water heater currently installed.

At this point, I do not have time/funds to finish this project and want to see it go to a good home. The 8' window has been damaged by water and would need the gutter and window replaced. Breaks haven't been tested in three years and would need to be inspected. The shower would need to have a new valve installed as parts are missing. I am asking $22,000 as I want the trailer to go to a good home instead of the highest bidder and is essentially the material cost to build. I guess you could say I want a happy ending for the project. Great opportunity for someone wishes to move off-grid, or finish project.
