Tiny house on a double axle trailer

Getting close to finishing a tiny house project, currently fully functional and self containing; just some minor finishing details remain. The tiny home has a full size shower, black gray water tanks, 1/2" pex plumbing, now includes an induction hot plate stove, toaster oven, hickory cabinets, American Standard double sink, porcelain tile, Pella french door w/ side lights that open / adjustable blinds inside the glass, Anderson windows, double axle trailer, tongue and groove pine, birch, baseboard heater in the main room. Feel free to make an offer, I am mostly interested in cash; I may consider partial trades for a nice lower mile truck + cash.

On the inside, the downstairs is 13'3" from outside the closet to the front door by 89" wide; 81 1/2" tall; the closets 21 1/2" wide by 30" deep the porch is 51"x 8'2".
Bathroom is 31" wide by 61" on the long wall / 48" on the short.
Upstairs covers the whole length of the down stairs, including the porch; 30 1/2" tall in the middle and 27 1/2" on the sides.

On the Outside 13'1" tall on the trailer jacks, length including porch 20'5", 8'4" wide
