Tiny House in a Toterhome

Recently completed 2004 Haulmark Toterhome, completely gutted and built as a tiny house. This has been my 3 year project and now I need to sell. Every detail was custom built by me and my team of pros.

Truly one of a kind! Detroit Diesel, Cummins Generator, Locking tag axle, HD Sat, 4k TV, Dual AC with Heat, Furnace, Ethanol Fireplace, Sleeps 7, Vinyl Floors, Wood T&G Ceiling, Converter/Inverter, All LED lighting.
Full-Size shower, Full-Size Stove, Full-Size Fridge, Full-Size EVERYTHING (except the bed, which is a residential QUEEN, not an RV bed.

Kitchen: ALL STAINLESS, all new appliances, butcher-block counter tops, basin sink full size propane stove and dishwasher. New Dometic Stainless 2-way Refrigerator.

Media Cabinet: Ethanol burning fireplace (also stainless) custom built with matching upper cabinet. 55" 4k TV electric lifts out from behind fireplace.

Slide Out: 14' with custom upholstered sofa and dinette. Sofa is as wide as a twin mattress, plenty of carpeted storage underneath.

Shower: Massive rainfall shower with glass enclosure, basin porcelain sink, tubway tile on Nobleseal PVC membrane, washer dryer combo

Closet: Custom slatted doors with 7 HUGE drawers and closet rod.

Bathroom: Tiled Marble Foor, RV Toilet directly above 50 Gal Black Tank, Bidet, and LED trim lights.

Bedroom: has a 5ft Desk that automaticalls folds under a queen murphy bed. New Tuft and Needle Mattress. Custom Shelving around bed.

Mechanical Condition: It runs great, previous owner of the truck was a race team that upgraded the engine with a new intercooler a lot of other new parts. The frame is solid with no pitting or damage. Brakes and suspension also checked out in spec. The interior was completed by me from the subfloor to the roof, only the shell was left. The shell just got polished / touched up.

That being said the Detroit diesel engine has 350k miles. Even though most commercial trucks wait until 1 Million miles to rebuilt the engine, I understand that this concerns most buyers. My plan is to swap the engine and transmission out at a professional shop, and them increase the price to 145k. I'm deployed right now so I won't be back until October. If it sells now the price is much lower, the truck runs great but most people would want a newer engine.
