Tiny House from Reclaimed Materials

We have designed and built a beautiful, rustic tiny house from reclaimed materials. It has a 180 square foot footprint and also boasts a loft for sleeping and a porch.

The kitchen area has a sink, an oven, and a small fridge. The bathroom has a shower, commode, a sink and also space for standard size washer & dryer with hookups already in place.

There are 4 large reclaimed windows from Victoria, Texas which provide ample natural light. There are also several reclaimed stained glass windows. The floors are a beautiful, antique hardwood which have been refinished and oiled.

This tiny house will be located in sunny South Texas in a the town of Palmview. This is about a 2 hour drive from South Padre Island.

We are offering 6 or 12 month rental options.
