Catwalk System Tiny house for Sale!!

This Tiny House implements the "CatWalk System". What that means is that there is an ordinary stairway to the upper loft, so you are able to step to the top without bending over. The CatWalk System allows a person 6'2" (or even taller) tall to stand up straight next to the bed and sit down. This means that you are standing straight up next to the bed as you would in a conventional home. See pictures for illustrations. This "Catwalk System" is so common sense it is a wonder it hasn't been thought of before!

The tiny house can be trailered with a standard bumper hitch. Price includes delivery to almost anywhere in Colorado.

Measurements of the home are 8' x 16' on the lower floor and 8' x 18' on the upper loft floor. The height of the house is 13'6".

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with $400 Marine Grade 2 burner electric stove top and a fan stove vent. The convection oven will accommodate a full 9x13 lasagna pan. The refrigerator is a decent size 33 x 19, not a little cube thing. The microwave is a full sized 1000 watt unit. The sink size has a spray faucet. There are 2 big drawers and one pulls out fully. There are 2 huge floor drawers. The counter top is butcher block with several drawers.

The kitchen also has spice rack, dish and coffee cup storage. There is also a one wine bottle and 8 wine glass rack. A coffee maker that accepts grounds or K cups is included. Toaster is also provided.

The sink is supplied by a 4 gallon electric water heater. The table seats 2.

Living area:

The TV is a new 32 inch smart TV with a separate DVD player and high quality speakers.

There is a computer alcove with a 4 outlet wall plug. Permanent power strip is installed for 3 more outlets.

Bathroom:

The bathroom has a fully functionals enclosed shower, sink and toilet. This marine toilet system only needs service about once per month. It is set up like an airline toilet. No odor ever. Use any kind of toilet paper. It can be pumped out like a porta pottie. Or if a pumper truck cannot get to it, slide the tank onto a rear cargo rack and take it to the facility. The rear cargo rack is included with the tiny house.

Loft Bedroom:

The loft bedroom accommodates a full size bed. The bed is included and is very comfortable. Height is standard, 26 inched from the floor. There is a fire escape egress through the bedroom window.

On the loft level there is a very large storage area.


The house is set up for either electric or propane heat. It has 50 amp service with a standard electric panel. The house is wired with 6 outlets for 12 volt service if you are inclined to live off the grid.

Included with the house purchase is a 6 x 12 foot storage trailer. Use as a storage area, a studio or a guest bedroom.
