I have a great Tiny House Cottage that is awsome and would be a great Guset House, Cottage on you property or a camping portable Deer camp. Its 16 feet long with 4 foot deck. 8 feet wide ten feet hight with a small sleeping loft. It sits on a tandem axle trailer 8000 lbds load capacity. Trailer is worth 1000 dollars.
