I have two (now one) Tiny House/Studios that are 95% and 90% complete. They are made from 20' shipping containers. They are both made from high quality recycled materials. I would say 90% of materials are reclaimed. Bamboo floors, Huttig custom windows and doors, Custom Doug Fir siding reclaimed from beams on one container and cedar on the other. Maple ceiling with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings. Spray foam insulation on inside of container with Hard form in between the walls. American Metal Roof color dark green on both. These are built solid and with quality in mind.

Sky's the limit on these wonderful modified shipping containers. . .they can be moved to your location with a car hauler or trailer. You're responsible for shipping but I can supply shippers who have moved containers like this for me before. . .

Images 1, 8,9 & 10 are of container 1 which has been SOLD. It also gives you a great idea of what container 2 will look like when you finished it out. It has great potential. Please don't waste my time with low ball offers. Do you research and you'll come to find out this is a bargain.

Container 1 - SOLD.

Container 2 needs to have some exterior siding done on the back side and right side of container and interior (some drywall, floor patch, plus a little trim) work done to be completed. Both containers need to have an RV electrical hook up installed on out side to power so you can plug in to a home or run on a generator. I have most if not all materials to finish out except for drywall, might need two sheets.
