Tiny House Cabin On Wheels

sold my property before I could finish this wagon, moving overseas in 2 months so its now for sale. I keep finding receipts for $ spent (so far $5200)and have many more materials included w/out receipts for. So basically my labor is free to this point in the project and wagon can be finished out now to your own specs and style. Dimensions 8'W x 20'L x 13.5'H, 4600ibs, trailer is funky, untitled, and meant for local service and works perfectly for such. Of course you could upgrade the trailer for a longer haul or could be atached to a floating dock for a houseboat. With trip permit $25 it can be moved.......it was towed 6 miles @ 45 mph to where it sits now and it towed fine with a UD 1800 6 cylinder diesel. Currently in a 22' x 32' indoor workshop space in Chimacum (8 miles out of PT) and it could stay there for $150. a month with approval of the landlord.
