Tiny house cabin

8-3" wide, 10-2" tall, 16' long

I built this tiny house cabin on pressure treated skids with the best materials and highest craftsmanship. I'm an experienced framing and finish carpenter with 30 years experience and built this cabin using all pine tongue and groove with cedar trim, 1.75" thick cabinets and counter top, 1" thick wide plank pine flooring on the first floor and loft, and cedar shelving and cabinets in the bathroom.

The exterior is all metal siding and roofing, with ice and water underlayment used underneath the metal roof. The porch has contrasting wood painted and stained walls to keep the elements from blowing in, with a see-though tinted front panel on half the porch looking outward.

Everything is insulated and water lines are all run inside the cabin cabinets and under the bed, so they won't freeze and are accessible.

The loft is about 50 square feet in an "L" shape with short knee walls and cabinets/shelving throughout. It could be used for sleeping, but I have a small poodle who would not be able to climb a ladder.

Bathroom has an exhaust fan, bathtub/shower, composting toilet, and plenty of storage. The shower rod that goes around the entire tub is hand made from copper and soldered together.

The bedroom has an XL twin bed with tv area, DVD shelf, and short storage for lots of books/etc./clothing. There is complete storage under the entire bed. All window shades are blackout and are insulated.

No personal items are included except for the wood burning miniature stove,Induction stove, refrigerator, AC unit, and expandable table with bar stools.
