Located in Bend, Oregon. The dimensions are 31' long, 8.5' wide, and 13.5' tall, giving approximately 380sq. ft including the 12' deep loft.

The house has many luxurious touches, such as full-sized stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, maple wood countertops, luxury vinyl plank floors, subway tile shower, quartz vanity counter, Cedar accent siding, shiplap accent interior siding, custom bed frame with tons of storage underneath, and premium fixtures throughout. In the main-floor bedroom, there are two night stands that double as closets that can fit approximately 10-12 hangers. We have also added blinds to all of the downstairs windows (minus the kitchen sink window).

As far as utilities go, there is a mini-split HVAC system with more than enough power to heat the home on cold nights and cool the home on warm days. There is an on-demand instant propane water heater that is compact and never runs cold. The stove is a 30" gas stove. The house runs on 50amp electricity. The toilet is a Separett Composting Toilet, so the sewer connection only releases grey water. There is also a Magic Chef washer/dryer ventless combo unit.

The bones for the house are very good, with quality materials throughout. There is Closed cell spray foam used in the subfloor and ceilings. (3” in ceiling and 5” underneath trailer). Rockwool insulation in the walls. The house itself weighs approximately 18,000lbs. The trailer is a 3-axle custom built trailer rated to 21,000lbs.

Ultimately, this house has been incredibly good to me, and works like a well-oiled machine. I am selling because we purchased a house. Includes 30' 50-AMP power cord, 30' sewer hose, stairs, skirting, couch, and barstools as well! Does NOT come with property, buyer must coordinate their own transportation for the home.
