My grandpa and I built this tiny house around a vintage trailer. We removed all the siding replaced much of the frame, put a new metal roof on, added wood panel siding, and put in hard wood floors. We redid the interior, keeping or repurposing many parts of the original camper weighs 7500lbs.

. I am out of town at the moment so the pictures here are from when it was newly done. There is 5 years of wear and tear on it now and it needs some new paint and stain and a repair or two, A bit of floor around the water heater needs replacing as a copper pipe broke and leaked onto the floor there.

The attic gives tons of storage space!

I’ve lived in it for 5 years and am ready to do something a bit different. I’m moving back to my home state to spend time with my grandpa who built it with me. I want to sell fast. I’ll be back in town end of April.
