Exterior:
The exterior of the tiny house is clad in corrugated metal, with the front featuring reclaimed cedar that has been stained with a protective coating.
The house was built on a 35' fifth wheel trailer. Porch is included with purchase if desired.

Interior:
The walls throughout the house are made of knotty pine. The flooring is bamboo. The 14' tall ceilings help make the house feel airy and spacious.

Two small electric registers that are controlled with a programmable thermostat heat the tiny house.
There isn't air conditioning currently installed but could be easily added.
