The exterior of the home - although almost completely Hardie fiber board - features lap siding, board and batten, and angled cedar accents. The front door is a full glass pane french door set and the home even has a second entry under the sleeping loft. There are a total of six, thermal pane windows, and a copper metal roof.

Upon entry the THOW brings you directly into the generously sized and appointed kitchen that spotlights a 9’ long peninsula countertop. Built into the counter is a 2-burner induction cooktop, a 9” deep black sink, a full size fridge freezer combo, base cabinets and drawers, and a black tile backsplash.

Just off the kitchen is the bathroom that comes outfitted with a flush commode, a single vanity with ceramic sink bowl, a tile shower, and fan vent. Privacy is offered courtesy of an interior swing door with locking handle. Above the bathroom is the large sleeping loft.

The loft is accessible by a custom built stair ladder and opens up to nearly 4’ of headroom. It also has two windows for cross-ventilation as well as a wall mounted AC unit. The flooring in the loft matches the rest of the house and is a vinyl barnwood plank style. There is also a galvanized pipe guard rail in the loft to protect you as you maneuver around the space. And if that weren’t enough the loft also has beautiful wood wainscoting.

Across the house is the living space, perfectly outfitted for a dining room or a living room or really any sort of space. The ceiling is quite attractive with its craftsman inspired exposed beams.

The entire house benefits from both spray foam insulation and a tankless hot water heater. For convenience there is also a washing machine tucked into a storage closet right at the front door.
