Tiny house

Hello,

I am putting my tiny house up for sale. I have been building it since spring and living in it along the way. I used about 95% reclaimed wood and materials for the whole build. This has been a labor of love.Hoping to find a loving home for her.

The entire interior is reclaimed redwood. 100 year old tounge and groove floor taken out of a downtown Berkeley building. All of the walls and ceilings are reclaimed barn wood and fencing from various bay area locations.

The windows are very nice dual pane slightly tinted glass salvaged from a hollywood hills estate.
The rear entry doors are beautiful wood and glass french doors salvaged from a Topanga canyon bungalow that open on to the deck.

Most of the structural studs came from left over material from the new Donner party museum.

The roof is all brand new tin roofing.

The exterior is all brand new siding to make sure the house is water tight.

Fully insulated walls and ceilings.
Composting toilet.
Wired and ready to be plugged in to a power source. Also wired and ready to be hooked up to solar.

Beautiful pine counters and closet doors.

25,000 tounge weight trailer.
The entire house including the deck is 21ft. The house itself is 8x18.
