Tiny House 18' For Sale

I am selling an 18' foot Tiny Home that is almost complete. The exterior is done but the inside will need to be finished. All the plumbing rough-in and electrical are done, it will just need a kitchen, flooring and bathroom finished. It has a washer and dryer hookup ready to go. I am selling this home because I have too many projects going on right now and I am trying to clear my land in preparation for a build. It has been spray foam insulated and has quality windows. Metal roof. 3/4 Ton or higher pickup should be able to move it pretty easily.

Photos taken on April 22, 2020. Currently 4 feet of snow pack. Snow will be completely gone by June 1. I do have a guy that has equipment and can get the tiny dug out and put on the road if someone wants to buy it soon.

This is a home built home. The trailer is a 2015 model year. In process of getting title for trailer, dmv delayed due to covid 19.
