This beautiful tiny home featuring walnut wood floors and counter tops was recently finished and now for sale. Measuring 10' wide and 24' long, this brand new design is perfect for anyone who would like to live in a tiny home without the physical restraints of climbing into a low clearance loft to sleep. Our premium grade sofa/Murphy bed transforms from day to night usage in an instant with the lightest hand pull. Our home is uniquely spacious and inviting with a vaulted ceiling measuring 13' on the highest end.


The kitchen is fully stocked with a propane stove and oven, an under counter refrigerator and freezer unit, sink with garbage disposal, upper and lower cabinets and drawers, and an extra large storage hatch for larger kitchen tools etc.


A table top for work or dining extends easily or folds down flat against the wall when not in use, and a fully carpeted loft is ready for storage but could also be comfortably used as an extra sleeping area for guests.


The bathroom is large and spacious. A one-piece 3'x3' shower makes everyday life comfortable and our large vanity unit can store all your necessities. The bathroom includes a large closet/storage area for hanging long clothing items. It is also fully equipped with drawers and an extended under floor cubby for shoes or other items. Washer/dryer hookups are installed for your laundry needs.


You will also find a tall storage closet in the main area that would be perfect for all household items, but is also large enough to accommodate a bike or other recreational gear.


All electric and water hook-ups are RV standard. The electrical panel is 30 amp. Our tiny home could also be used off-grid with your own dump tanks, freshwater holding tank, and a generator. The tiny home is built on a specialized tiny home trailer with leveling capabilities. Propane tanks hook-up on the fully protected front side of the trailer.
