About

Built atop a triple axle tiny house trailer, this listing is a beautiful mix of materials including 8” Cedar beveled siding, Western Red Cedar Shake shingles on the accent wall surface, and a Pro Rib Metal Roof and accent walls. It certainly sets the tone for an exceptional interior!

The trailer itself is a custom-built triple axel, 21,000 lb trailer with a 4” drop axle. The house is 13’-6” high, 8’-6” wide, and weighs right at 16,600 lbs. There are two 12-ton stabilizer jacks near the front of the trailer and then two 5-ton stabilizer jacks on the rear of the trailer. The frame of the home is glued and screwed together (no nails) and made completely out of plywood. The house has closed cell spray foam insulation and even features a 5’ x 6’6” steel-constructed roll-out rear deck with bamboo decking! There is also a 4’ x 8’ cedar balcony with bamboo decking, wall lighting, and a wall outlet. Perfect for sunset entertaining. To get outside you pass through a set of double exterior balcony doors. How posh.

Entry to the tiny house on wheels is through an insulated steel entry door that features a touchpad lock with a sidelight window and “between the glass” shades. The remaining 13 windows are Low E insulated double pane vinyl clad with prairie-style grids. There is also a large hexagonal-shaped window in the house for ultimate clarity to the world outside. The exterior of the home is also built with five exterior outlets, 1 exterior water hose bib, rear porch lighting, and balcony lighting.

When you enter in the door through the small end of the house dimensions, you are immediately taken into the living room that has a pull-out couch and a perfect place for mounting a television. The space is under one of the two lofts and is controlled by its own mini-split heating and air conditioning unit. The flooring is engineered bamboo wood and leads directly across the home stopping first in the workspace/ dining room.

Mounted to the wall is a stained butcher block “bar” with seating for two. It is, however, two drop-down stations that allow for so much activity. The space looks out a 3-section window but also has LED lighting around the home. Also around the home is a set of stained Maple steps leading up to each loft adding cabinet space underneath to the tiny house and accessibility to the lofts. Speaking of lofts….

The main loft is 12’ 6” with wall sconce reading lights, a 6’ tall set of dresser drawers, 8” shiplap walls, and 6” shiplap on the ceiling. The main loft looks so inviting with the windows, warm lighting, and comfortable-looking bed. There is even a place to mount a TV for late-night watching. The second loft - with its access to the outside balcony - is a perfect home office. It is a great size and compliments the style of the house nicely. Who wouldn’t want to take a short break from work by heading out to the balcony?

Underneath the main loft is a curved Knotty Alder bathroom barn door that opens to reveal a large bathroom in a tiny house. It has no less than a Comfort Height dual flush conventional toilet plumbed with PEX hose, a washer/dryer combo, ceramic tile, a walk-in marble shower with a river stone mosaic floor. The shower itself has a frameless ⅜” glass shower door. To keep the bathroom supplied there is a 38-gallon holding tank and a 40-gallon grey and black water tank. Both tanks have electronic level monitoring systems and there are two belly-mounted electrical outlets used just for the holding tank heaters.

The kitchen in this listing is no less impressive. It offers plenty of space for culinary wizardry as well as a practical workspace. The cabinetry is painted solid Maple and houses a professional 4-burner gas stove and oven, a GE 15.5 cubic foot stainless steel refrigerator, a 24” white porcelain farm kitchen sink with a stainless steel faucet, and an inset spice rack.

This THOW is 255 total square feet of beauty and practicality which is just right for a lovely tiny house life.
