Walking through the front door the home opens up to an expansive space with waterproof laminate click flooring, T&G poplar walls and flooring, and poplar maple cabinetry. The only part of the home that is eschewed is the private bathroom at the end of the home. It is kept private by a pocket door.

To the right of the entry is not just the bathroom but also the loft bedroom. It is quite spacious, able to accommodate a queen size mattress, and roomy due to the dormer-esque raised ceiling and the parallel windows for ventilation. The space also has double sconce lighting on either side of the bed and corner shelving for your favorite book or to rest your charging device. Below it is the bathroom that features a flush commode, a large vanity with sink, a shower stall, upper cabinetry, and even built in cabinetry next to the shower. The bathroom also houses a washer/dryer combo.
