I have a two year old THOW for sale. 29k or best offer includes house, minisplit, custom furniture, hot water heater, rainwater catchment tank, 100 sq ft bubble tent, and custom built deck. Purchaser must arrange to move house and deck. House also available for purchase without deck if preferred

The Tiny is 8x16 feet. The book nooks, fold down standing desk, full convection oven and ample storage make this tiny a dream come true. The house has a full bathroom, great open kitchen and a sleeping (or storage) loft. Tons of storage throughout, including custom built couches with storage (which can be used for downstairs sleeping) and exterior storage units at front and back of the home. Calm and soothing wood-look interior and lots of windows for great cross-breezes.

The house will require a few final touches once you get on your land. It comes with the minisplit but the unit must be installed. This is also a custom tiny so if you want it classified as an RV, the water/septic/electric connections need to be moved to front right of the trailer.

I love this house - it has been an oasis for me when I visit town but living tiny no longer fits my needs and I would love for all of the love I've put into making this house so liveable and lovely went to someone who would appreciate it as much as I have.
