Tiny Home Step Van

This is a one of a kind incognito tiny home rv build. it has a cummins turbo diesel motor with 55,000 miles on it. one of the best motors ever. 16 mpg all day long. has been gone through meticulously new almost everything before build was started. has about everything you could need. used .

first let me say that i really love this van and built it my self. i am a finish carpenter and have been for many years. i built this van for a life on the road and after 6 months i can no longer be on vacation lol. i spared no expense when putting the van together and it is built like a tank!!! it has a cummins 4bt turbo diesel motor and gets 16 mpg pretty much no matter where you drive. the motor has 55,000 miles on it. it was installed new in 2008, the transmission was rebuilt just before i left on my trip so it might have 8,000 miles on it. it is a 4 speed standard

4 wheel independent air bags installed.

new ring and pinion in rear axel as well as cv joints and center support bearing

all tires are in great condition

led truck light headlights.

led marker lights all the way around truck

led flood lights on rear and side door entrance

3 100 watt solar panels on roof as well as roof rack.

50 gallon water tank with dual filters.

30 w mpp solar charger the best one i could find.

2 west marine 6 volt deep cycle batteries.

1 west marine agm starting battery

large forget how big power inverter.

on demand propane hot water heater.

alternator will charge batteries as well as solar depending on selector switch. starting battery only or all batteries. solar will also go both ways.

propane tank is mounted under rear of van its aluminum side mount.

there are two water filters one for everything and one for the drinking water.

i also installed a very large intercooler



I'm sure there is more that I'm missing. this thing drives nice and is ready to go anywhere. i left the outside as plain as possible so i could park it anywhere. i was never asked to move without trying to be secretive. more batteries and solar could easily be added but i never ran low without ever thinking about power consumption. the van was fleet maintained it has no rust anywhere there is some steel but the majority of the van is aluminum!
