Tiny home shaped like vintage RV trailer

We designed this tiny home to be shaped like a vintage "canned ham" trailer. The plans have been certified and we have paid for the full certification (just need to have the inspector come). The trailer is new - our plans for it changed so we have to sell it. It has extra tall ceilings, which give it a spacious feel. We didn't design it with a shower, but it would be easy to add one where the front closet is. There is a comfortable futon sofa in the living room and tons of storage both under the bed and under the couch. Tankless water heater. AC in both rooms. Vintage refrigerator and microwave. Restoration hardware lighting and hardware. High quality construction. Some of the final details need to be completed (e.g. the trailer lights need to be attached), but it's 98% of the way there. Selling as is.
