Tiny Home on wheels

I built this tiny home with a lot of care and intention, not just as a project, but as something that could truly support a better way of living. After years of running a larger business, my wife and I decided to slow things down and focus more on family, and this build became a big part of that shift for us. I bought the trailer at the end of 2023 and started working with FrameCAD in Panama City, Florida in June 2024 to create the galvanized steel structure. It was finished around Thanksgiving 2025 after about 14 months of on-and-off work, really taking the time to think through every detail.

This home means a lot to me because of the intention behind it. I wanted to build something that wasn’t rushed or cheaply made, but something strong, healthy, and built to last. I chose materials like HempWool insulation and HempWood flooring to keep everything as clean and non-toxic as possible, and I put a lot of thought into making it efficient and off-grid capable. It’s set up with solar and ready for batteries so it can be fully self-sustained. I know this isn’t for everyone, but I’m really hoping to find the right person who sees the value in how it was built. I’m open to negotiation and happy to work with someone who truly appreciates it. Virtual tours and in-person tours are both available, and I’m flexible with timing.
