The residence is situated on a 3.75-acre budding food forest with many exotic fruit trees, edible plants, and a butterfly garden. The home is private and completely separated from the main house which is occupied by the owners. Tiny homestead has a barbecue, fire pit, and huge shade tree canopy with a two-seat swing and hammock. Sorry, no pets and no smoking! We have many friendly animals in the barn/pasture area including a donkey, Zebu bull, goats, mini pigs, and chickens. If you don't like the sound of a rooster crowing in the morning or Daisy braying-- it's not the right place for you!

Professional individual or couple preferred. Shown by appointment only. Six-month rental seasonal (12/1/21 through 5/30/22) $2000 per month $1000 security deposit required. Applicants for consideration must consent to pay for a non-refundable full credit and background check and $150.00 departure and cleaning fee. The owner pays for utilities and water. Renter pays the application fee and departure cleaning fee. No smoking allowed.
