Welcome to simple living in a tiny package!

Built strong and right with 2x3 walls / 1/2 inch ply sheathing, fully insulated, wrapped, wired, and plumbed. No holding tanks. Conveniently hooks up to water, sewer and electricity.

Built on a custom/newer 7k rated double axle trailer, 8.5’x13’ making it roughly 110 square feet. Looks/Feels twice as big!!

Exterior is ALL cedar siding! Combined with a matte black metal roof, 8 double pane insulated windows(3 of them open) letting in all the light!! and a 1.5’ x 8’ sturdy cedar deck off the back with 2 recessed lights mounted above.

Inside you will find the ceiling and the rear largest wall have exposed cedar beams with birch plywood everywhere for very warm custom cabin feel. A fully tiled shower/Brand New Airhead composting toilet. Continuous electric hot water heater mounted under the kitchen sink.

Fully functioning kitchen furnished with appliances.

Sleeping loft with a few shelves and room to grow for more storage!

Below is an L shaped Couch/Bed combo an upper cabinet and lower hidden storage/shelf, orchestrated into a very comfortable living space.

Some other amenities: heated floor system that gets up to 150 degrees. 32” flat screen, plugs and outlets scattered about, all lights are dimmable, custom cedar countertop with sink cover/cutting board, moveable kitchen sink spout, pullout for even more counter space, mini-fridge/freezer, shoe rack, coat rack.

This home was built approximately 6 months ago in Texas and pulled all the way to Port Angeles, Washington where it now stays(2500 miles) A true test for a mobile tiny home.
