Tiny beach home on wheels lightweight sleeps 4

Mystic Sea The Tiny was one of the featured homes at the 2018 Ruskin Tiny House festival. Sleeps 4. Cgq16' long x 12 1/2' Tall x 8' wide. 4,440lbs makes it light enough for most 6 cylinders to tow. Features a spacious loft with a bed that sleeps two. The bay-window seat was built over the tongue of the trailer to create more space and functionality. The bay window seat also folds out into a bed that sleeps two. 

Walk in closet, lots of storage space, spacious bathroom with built in shelving. Kitchen has a double door fridge, deep 12 gallon sink, storage under the fridge, storage under the sink and a double door cabinet above the fridge, 2 spice racks next to the double door cabinet. Induction cooktop and a convection oven. 

The roof & walls are constructed using SIPs panels which gives this home incredible strength. Building with SIPs panels keeps the weight low and keeps the home insulated. Plenty of electrical outlets (3 just in the loft!). 6000 btu remote controlled air conditioner. Same hookups as an rv, has a 30amp power plug and hook up for gray water. The bathroom has a sliding louvered door, step in rv tub/shower. There is a porta toilet now but is plumbed and ready for a regular toilet if that is what you prefer (we left the option open in case you want to go off grid). Feels very spacious for its size.  No owner financing. It is currently parked on a storage lot.
