Barn style shed modified for off grid living. This unit is mobile and can be transported over the highway. Dimensions are 32’ x 11’2” and 11’5” wide exterior. Originally outfitted with a small solar array, this fully insulated building also includes a separate 100 amp service with three outlets. Six windows (3 aluminum and 3 vinyl) and 10’ 2” interior ceilings allows for a very spacious feel. Excellent condition inside and out. Two lofts provide great storage and the included wood stove, chimney and portable water tank and sink provide all the basics. An 8’ x 6’ bathroom addition is available separately and includes a compost toilet and shower area.
