Why sit still in life when you can take this tiny house on wheels down the road and make anywhere your front yard. At 200 sq. ft. with a full bath, a kitchen, and a sleeping loft, there is nothing missing from this tremendous deal.

Built on a 16-foot, tandem axle trailer, the studio-style tiny house is quite a little knockout! The house is traditionally framed with plywood and then sided with lap siding painted grey, white trim, and a standing seam metal roof. There are seven standard windows and one stained glass window in the loft!

Entrance to the home is on the short end of the trailer and leads into the entire house. Straight ahead is the kitchen featuring turquoise, retro appliances; a fridge, a microwave, and a convection toaster oven. The kitchen has both base and upper cabinets giving plenty of storage. The countertops are a Formica Laminate while the sink is a deep basin, single farm-style, with an oversized faucet creating room for a pot or other dishes right in the sink.

Across from the kitchen is an open space that can be used for either a dining table/workspace or even a small couch for a living room area. There are 3 windows on the wall so hanging space is limited. However, the windows allow for great natural light in the tiny house.

Opposite the entry is the bathroom. Private from the rest of the home, the bathroom has a rounded, corner shower stall with clear, glass walls. There is also a flush commode and a washbasin with a vanity in the space.

The sleeping loft is above the bathroom and follows the roofline giving enough room for a double mattress and a little headroom. With such a fun house though - with the ability to be moved anywhere - who wants to stay in bed all day? Access to the loft is with a telescopic ladder so it doesn’t take up unnecessary space in the tiny house on wheels.

The walls throughout the house are whitewashed, tongue & groove with traditional white trim and casing. The lights are recessed LED and the flooring is a laminate wood product designed for high traffic and easy maintenance.
