“The Zen Den” Tiny House

We’re selling our tiny home. It’s built on a trailer bed, has 4 wheels, 4 jacks for making it flat, a hitch, and working lights. You can tow it with a Ford 150 or similar truck. We drove it 3+ hours and had no problems. Tiny homes should be placed somewhere for a few months or years at a time. We think you’ll love making the Zen Den into your new weekend getaway, spare room, or into your minimalist life (why not stop paying rent forever?)!

This Tiny Home has a wood and metal exterior. It’s sturdy and very unique in shape and design.

The indoors have beautiful woodwork: floors, couch, bar/table, lofted bed, kitchen cabinets, etc.

This Tiny Home can be hooked up at a campground or on a property. We didn’t take it off the grid but it has solar hookups and the ports for a marine battery. We used an electrical hookup and water hose hookup near a home. There is a water tank but we did not use it as we preferred to just have a simple system.

There is an operating hot/cold shower and a sink with hot and cold water too. Water system is tested and shown in video and photos.

It’s ready for all seasons - it’s insulated for winter and has a lot of windows for summer.

The gear/Here’s what it has inside:
-The coral pink Fridigaire fridge with a small freezer section.
-The water heater is new and great; it runs on the 30 amp spot.
-The showerhead is new and functions great.
-The composting toilet has a urine diverter -yes it’s glittery and sparkly - from a small business in Scotland: Strumpet and Trollop brand. We chose a custom build that will permit the LEAST amount of contact with waste.

-Outside and inside have been recently repainted
- custom 4 inch mattress (about the size of a full size bed
-Chic hexagon tiling in the kitchen and bathroom
-Wallpaper accents
-beautiful large cast iron sink
-Induction cooker/stovetop and set it up with copper ware (2 copper pans and a cast iron pan included with house)
-Hand painted stools
-Handmade foldable live edge coffee table (can be stored under the couch)
-.removable vintage locker

Note that the bed is lofted and requires a stepstool. The space is about the size of a full size bed. There are many nooks for your books, personal items, etc.

There is a TON of storage: underneath the L-shaped couch, in the vintage locker/wardrobe, in the “mudroom”, in the kitchen cabinets, under the bar/table, and in the lofted bed area.

Included in the purchase is: all appliances seen, the composting toilet and gear, the bedsheets/comforter, the space heater, the folding live-edge wood table, and anything “nailed down”. Perfect for the start of a summer adventure!

Concerning the title: we do not have a title. There is much debate online about titles and no titles for tiny homes. Unless you are planning to move your tiny home regularly (and you shouldn’t since this is what a camper would be better for), we had no issues moving it without a title and plate. Should you live outside of PA, check with your state. My friends in the tiny home community largely feel that a plate and registration and such are not fit for the tiny home life so many forgo this.

Our deposit for buying is $1000 on Paypal through ebay. If you put down the deposit we’ll work with you to figure out pickup. You’ll need a truck or large SUV - we tow with a ford F150 no problem.
