Full-size kitchen features a linear design with navy blue cabinets, ultra light concrete counter tops, a 24" ceramic farmhouse sink with a beautiful wall-mount brass faucet, a 4-burner propane range with a 30" stainless steel hood, a 24" fridge/freezer and propane fireplace. This home has a mainfloor sleeping orientation which is unique and allows for so much headroom, which traditional sleeping lofts do not. There is a secondary loft that is small and could be a multi-use space, or storage. This loft does not fit any standard size mattress.

Full bathroom features a beautiful vanity with a sink, a Separett composting toilet, a Lunos HRV unit, & a 32" x 32" shower.

Home is mostly on 12v, and could be adapted to be off-grid fairly easily. 30amp RV service, and could be adapted to 15amp.
