The Treehouse!

Hello! I'm listing my tiny house for sale! I've lived in it for about a year and have loved every minute of it. I'm the owner and builder and can answer all questions you have about it. It was a project I decided to undertake after framing homes for a few years. I'm really only selling so I can build another tiny house or camper!

Home is off-grid ready. Currently set up with a 12v DC battery bank for the lights. However, the fridge I have in it requires 110/120 AC power. The home has a on demand propane water heater with a shower and sink. Simplicity was most important in the design of these systems.

Heat comes from an awesome little wood stove.

The overall structure of the house is very robust, No cheap OSB used anywhere in the sheeting. Every piece of framing and sheeting was glued together with a polyurethane structural glue as well as screwed and nailed. Headers and beams were made with glue lams. Lofted king bed and lots of windows!

The dimensions of the tiny house are 18 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 13 feet tall at the tallest end. I'm 6'3" so it was designed to not be vertically limiting to my living!

You also have the opportunity to take over my land lease in maple falls if that interests you. I have loved living here while working at Mt. Baker Ski Area and this spot is a ski/snowboard bums dream.
