Do you need a small space where you can relax? An organized space without other people, and without extra responsibilities?

This tiny space was made for such a purpose. Built to escape COVID, I, unfortunately, lost all my plans due to the California fires and now have nowhere to park my dearest Tiny... I truly do enjoy it... It's cozy, peaceful, and quiet inside. But on to the next project!

Tiny began with a 1992 Coleman pop up trailer. After gutting all but the essentials (plumbing, electrical, gas), it was framed with 2x4 walls, filled with 1.5-inch foam insulation, and filled the cracks with foam spray.

The white space is soothing to the mind while the cross windows provide ample airflow. I removed the indoor tub and opted for an outdoor shower (not included), but all of the plumbing is still there, making it easy to reverse. There's a sturdy twin sized foam mattress (38" x 74"in) with plenty of space underneath for storage. I was able to use 2-30 gallon storage bins underneath.

The 6-gallon propane water heater makes it easy to wash dishes or "bird baths" in the sink. The 10-gallon freshwater tank is a great size for this small of a space. Also included is a simple compost toilet with a wee-diverter. (It only smells when you combine liquids with the solids, so the wee diverter helps that)

There is space for a mini-fridge under the sink or a cooler and a gas line is installed under the counter if you would like to add a stove at some point. Or, simply plug in a hot plate or electric skillet. There's an additional gas outlet on the outside of the unit for outdoor grilling and gas use.

While this tiny home trailer keeps out a good amount of heat and cools itself well at night, you may want to invest in a small fan or air cooler depending on where you park it. If you park in the shade you may not need it at all. The tiny home will need to be winterized, or properly insulated for use in the cold months.
