Base price starts with a 28' Ranch (no lofts) as $2 .5k per ft of tiny house length. So $2.5k x 28' = $70k base price
Options:
$3.5k per loft to add a second floor/loft(s)
$1k to add 4" drop axels to add 4" of head room to the lofts
$2k To upgrade to a Chalet style roofline as shown vs a mono-slope roof.
$1.5k per window to Add triangle (trapezoid) windows
$3k for mini split heat/ac
