The Rambler Custom Mobile Tiny Home

This is a 20’ tiny home built roughly in the style of an Epu from Tumbleweed Tiny Homes.

Home features tongue and groove cedar siding, modern double-glazed windows with screens, custom handmade "Jefferson stairs" (alternating tread) an operable custom hand-made octagonal window, eucalyptus flooring on the first floor, yellow pine on the second. A custom handmade double leaf folding table made of spalted maple with cherry legs. Custom handmade cabinetry under the stairs with a built in desk. Handmade, dovetailed cherry drawers, maple and birch fronts which hide the salvaged and restored propane oven. In the kitchen a new propane range top. Electric water heater installed, electric in wall heater. Quality, porcelain RV toilet. Hand-made bathroom door. Glass-tile bathroom floor. Built-in speakers, coaxial and phone connections. Built in track lighting and fixtures, dimmable switches. Home has a 100 amp service panel wired for 50amps with a separate emergency exterior breaker panel. Tiny house has spare wheel and all new radial tires. If you a curious how it travels I can tell you some stories about taking it from Arizona to Pennsylvania. I pull it nicely with my F-150 although I can't say much for the gas mileage :)

Home is 90% complete and being sold as is.

Copper pipes are run for bathroom, shower, and sink...Connections to toilet and sink not yet completed. Bathroom walls are not finished. Bathroom door needs to be hung. House needs some trim pieces, under cabinets/shelving to finish the kitchen. Propane pipe/hose needs to be run. Sewage/greywater drains need to be installed. Was going to build a fold out couch/bed for living room wall.

Our family has expanded a bit, moved and bought a fixer-upper in the city. I no longer have time to work on my hobby project which now lives at a friends property in the country. Over $22k in materials in this tiny house and many countless hours of work. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

If you wish for me to finish the home I prepared a simple estimate for an interested party. Based on items they wanted the estimate came to around $3500, yours may vary. I can provide towing to most locations for reasonable rates.
