The full-size bathroom includes a 32x32 stand-up shower, a normal porcelain toilet, and a gorgeous vessel sink. The Stiebel Eltron tempra plus (on-demand) hot water heater is remarkable. An additional storage loft is located above the bathroom, where the stellar Mitsubishi hvac minisplit unit is mounted. Besides the storage loft above the bathroom, there is storage under the bedroom mattress platform, storage in each step of the loft stairs, and storage in the 4' closet at the top of the stairs. The kitchen consists of numerous custom cabinets, along with a large pantry cabinet.
